Ideas made
physical.

Every project begins with a question: what should this occasion achieve? Explore the brief, our involvement and the outcome behind the spaces, bar programmes and guest experiences.

Work no. 001

Fringe by the Sea

Brief
Bring brand partners into a coastal summer festival without the site reading as a row of sponsor stands.
Our involvement
Treat each activation as a room inside the festival rather than a stall beside it. One material language across the site, one hospitality standard, one arrival sequence. Built environments with their own bar programmes, sound and pacing - designed to hold an audience for an hour, not a photograph.
Outcome
Partner spaces that guests chose to stay in, with dwell time and hospitality volume treated as the measures that mattered.

A festival-style celebration

Brief
A private celebration across a weekend, with the energy of a festival and the standard of a private dining room.
Our involvement
Design the weekend as one continuous arc rather than a set of separate parties. Every transition - arrival, dinner, late night - written as a change in light, sound and service. A stripped-back stone hall, a bar programme built for the room and a production plan that kept a large site feeling intimate.
Outcome
A connected weekend, with the transitions between dinner, music and hospitality considered together.

Brand activation

Brief
A product launch that had to hold an invited audience for a full evening.
Our involvement
One idea, three materials, one light state that moved across the evening. A single room, programmed rather than decorated.
Outcome
An audience that stayed, and content that came from the room itself.
