The bar is where an event's energy collects. It sets the pace of the evening, starts the conversations and carries the hospitality. We treat it as part of the architecture: sited where the room wants it, built to suit the setting, lit so it draws people in without shouting.
Then we stock it properly. Scottish spirits, local brewers and distillers, seasonal garnishes, softs with the same care as the cocktails. The menu is written for your guests - the whisky drinkers, the designated drivers and everyone between.
